Barista

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Barista to join our team. Baristas are responsible for preparing high-quality espresso, coffee, tea, boba, and specialty beverages while providing a welcoming and exceptional experience for every guest.

The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and is committed to great hospitality, teamwork, cleanliness, and consistency.

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive customer service.
• Take orders and accurately process transactions using the POS system.
• Answer menu questions, make recommendations, and suggest additional items when appropriate.
• Prepare and serve espresso, coffee, tea, boba, and other hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes.
• Prepare beverage ingredients and components according to established recipes and procedures.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and other café equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain consistent beverage quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace throughout the shift.
• Follow all food handling, sanitation, health, and safety procedures.
• Assist with restocking, inventory, opening, closing, and side-work duties as needed.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively with the team, especially during high-volume periods.
• Remain calm, organized, and guest-focused in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous barista, café, restaurant, or food-service experience preferred.
• Experience preparing espresso beverages preferred; boba or specialty tea experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and consistently follow recipes and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and product quality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous barista experience is preferred, but we also value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
