Job Description
- New clients acquisition:
Manage the assigned region and take responsibility for the territory sales planning.
Effective prospecting of new wholesalers, chain stores and online retailers by networking, outdoor events.
Manage pipeline of new business acquisition.
Ability in setting up appointments and qualifying customers.
Passionate and closing deal in a timely manner.
- Existing customer expansion:
Communcate with the customers about the new initatives in a timely manner.
Evaluate customers’ needs and build rapport with the customers to maxmize the conversation rate of new customers and recorder rate of existing customers.
Be able to execute the promotional plan with the customers.
Be able to provide feedback to the team for customer needs, and work as a team to provide support to the client.
Keep track on the general market development, new products availability from competitors and collect necessary information for the team to develop strategy for the expansion of business.
Qualification:
Experience in dealing with wholesalers, cash and carry, chain stores, online retailers in the vape category is preferable.
Sales Experience and target oriented.
Posses of valid driving licence and be able to travel within your assigned territory on a regular basis when it is required.
Fluent in English and be able to communicate and negotiate with customers effective and gain supports internally
Salary : $4,000 - $6,000
