The Role
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Los Angeles team. In this role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support facility repairs, assist with production welding, and help keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our equipment and facilities meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot, repair, and install facility equipment.
Support facility projects (painting, carpentry, fixture installation).
Perform welding tasks and assist in meeting production schedules.
Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas.
Collaborate with contractors, production teams, and leadership to minimize downtime.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
1–2 years of maintenance experience (preferred).
Basic mechanical/electrical knowledge.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs safely.
Forklift experience a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Dependable, safety-focused, and a strong communicator.
