POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate project efforts from kickoff to completion. This is a key role that will have full responsibility for managing all aspects of a project as the main point of contact for clients, internal team members, and consultants.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate all project efforts, administrative and technical.
- Work to ensure an efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
- Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budget, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Actively monitor the project budget and schedule
- Assign and manage the work of team members.
- Assists in the preparation of scope of work, fees, proposals, and contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 8 years of experience in a related role
- Registered architect preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and visualization software
