IT Recruiter
Location: Texas (Remote) - 6 Months contract.
The Role
Hudson Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a global technology company that builds software solutions for the legal, tax, and finance industries. We're looking for an IT Recruiter to join their team, focused on sourcing and screening AI Engineering and Data Science talent. This is a remote position for someone who thrives working independently and building strong relationships with the team.
What You Will Actually Do
- Source and screen candidates for AI Engineer and Data Science roles
- Understand and clearly distinguish between AI Engineer and Data Scientist profiles
- Manage a high volume, fast moving pipeline in a fully remote environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the team
Who We Want
- A recruiter comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and limited internal check ins
- Someone with a strong grasp of technical AI and Data Science hiring, not just general IT recruiting
- A strong communicator who works well as part of a team
- Freelance or independent recruiting experience is a strong plus, ideally around two years
What You Bring
- Proven experience recruiting for IT roles, specifically within AI Engineering and Data Science
- Strong sourcing skills across technical talent pools
- Experience working well within a team, with minimal internal oversight
- Comfortable and experienced working in a 100% remote role
