Full-Desk Recruiter, Tech/Prof

Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Full Desk Recruiter for our Houston team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. You will focus on sales and service for an assigned market, focusing on professional level positions. You will perform both the sales and recruiting functions while maintaining your own book of business through development of business prospects into clients. We are seeking a KPI and metric driven employee with a strong desire to exceed goals.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

• Prospect and close new business while expanding your footprint with existing customers.
• Utilizing your human resources skills, recruit, screen, interview and refer qualified candidates for permanent placement with your clients.
• Negotiate written agreements and ensure proper execution of contracts with the client.
• Develop recruiting programs that will attract talented candidates to your openings.
• Enhancing the Company image in the external community through developing and maintaining relationships and activities with local organizations and community leaders.

Competencies we value for this role include full cycle recruiting, social media sourcing and branding experience, outstanding customer service, ethical conduct, thoroughness, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong time management skills, customer-service orientation, good skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), proven strong organizational skills, and an ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment. We also desire at least 3 years of similar experience in staffing, sales, management, or a related field.
