A specialized global consultancy supporting biomanufacturing and technical operations for complex biologics, cell and gene therapies, and other novel treatment modalities — helping life sciences organizations plan, build, and scale GMP facilities and bring next-generation therapies to market.

About the Role

We're looking for a career sourcing specialist — not a recruiter, not someone using sourcing as a stepping stone into full-cycle recruitment. This is a dedicated, high-caliber sourcing role supporting a team of recruiters hiring for a specialized biomanufacturing and technical operations consultancy. Think engineers, GMP/quality professionals, project and construction management talent, and technical experts in cell and gene therapy and biologics — niche, hard-to-reach candidates who don't show up through job boards. If you live for the hunt — uncovering hard-to-find talent, building deep networks, and staying ahead of every sourcing tool and technique — this is your seat.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for complex, niche searches across biomanufacturing, technical operations, and advanced therapy functions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps across engineering, GMP/quality, project delivery, and cell & gene therapy specialties
• Leverage Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searching, ATS/CRM tools, and niche technical/scientific communities to surface passive candidates
• Partner closely with recruiters, providing qualified, engaged talent ready for the next stage
• Develop and nurture long-term talent networks and communities within the industry
• Track and report on sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and market insights

What You Bring

• Proven track record as a dedicated sourcer (not a recruiter-in-training) — this is your craft, not your stepping stone
• Experience sourcing within life sciences, pharmaceutical, biomanufacturing, or technical operations/engineering environments strongly preferred
• Mastery of sourcing tools and platforms, with a knack for finding talent others can't
• Strong existing networks within relevant talent communities
• East Coast, US based
• A genuine passion for the art of sourcing — this is your craft and you are great at it!!

Compensation

$60,000 to $90,000 USD, commensurate with experience.
