The Role
Hudson Talent Solutions is partnering with a global confectionery company to find a Recruiter to support manufacturing hiring at its Whitestown, Indiana facility. In this role, you will own full cycle recruitment with a focus on manufacturing roles, building strong pipelines and delivering a great candidate experience onsite.

What You Will Actually Do
- Manage full cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles based in Whitestown, IN
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for manufacturing and maintenance positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Provide a consistent, positive candidate experience from first contact through offer
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline activity
