Senior Recruiter – Manufacturing & Corporate Functions
Location: Remote, Cincinnati, OH, United States
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 USD Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for a full-cycle recruitment professional with experience recruiting within the manufacturing, industrial, or chemical sectors. You'll act as a trusted talent advisor to leaders across both Corporate Functions and Plant Operations, helping to attract and secure exceptional talent that drives business success.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles.
- Recruit for corporate functions including Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
- Partner with manufacturing and operational leaders to hire Plant Managers, Production Supervisors, Maintenance Engineers, EHS professionals, Quality specialists, and other critical plant-based talent.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Partner with Business Leaders
- Conduct intake meetings and advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across corporate and operational teams.
- Provide market intelligence and recruitment insights to support workforce planning decisions.
Build Talent Pipelines
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, industry networks, and creative search techniques to identify top talent.
- Develop proactive talent communities for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Maintain healthy candidate pipelines while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Drive Recruitment Excellence
- Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and data-driven.
- Support offer negotiations and pre-employment screening activities.
- Utilise ATS technology and recruitment analytics to improve hiring outcomes and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven experience recruiting within the manufacturing, industrial, chemical, engineering, or production environment
- Ability to successfully manage both corporate and operational hiring requirements
- Strong sourcing capability, including passive candidate engagement and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, Bullhorn, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior executives and engage effectively with plant-based stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
