The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support a growing account in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will manage full cycle technical recruiting, working closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and deliver a great candidate experience from first contact through offer.
What You Will Actually Do
- Own full cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing through offer
- Navigate visa sponsorships and visa transfers as part of the hiring process
- Support candidates through relocation as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process
- Manage a high volume, fast moving pipeline while keeping a sharp eye on candidate experience
- Provide market insights and guidance to stakeholders on technical hiring trends
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the growth of the account

- Proficiency in ATS and digital sourcing platforms
