• Lead end to end recruitment solutions for a high volume food and beverage manufacturing plant
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver timely hiring strategies
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for plant based roles, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline
• Build trusted relationships with candidates, managers, and internal teams to foster collaboration
• Apply best practices to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
• Track and report on KPIs, ensuring service levels and hiring goals are consistently met
• Collaborate with regional and global leaders to support innovative talent strategies in the food and beverage sector
You will bring
• Three or more years of experience in talent acquisition, with preference for high volume plant hiring in food and beverage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast paced environment
