- Manage multiple mid‑senior level hiring engagements, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and alignment with client needs.
- Develop and leverage networks within the offshore drilling industry to source, attract, and engage specialized talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams, providing consultative recruitment expertise.
