What you’ll do:

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment projects focused on early careers and graduate talent, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational needs.
• Partner with business leaders to design and execute campus recruitment strategies, internship programs, and entry‑level hiring initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to develop diverse pipelines of emerging talent.
• Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, balancing operational efficiency with candidate experience.
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies, including digital outreach, social media, and campus engagement, to attract high‑potential early career candidates.
• Provide guidance and market insights to stakeholders on trends in early careers hiring and talent development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, methodologies, and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align early careers initiatives with broader talent acquisition goals.

You’ll bring:

• 7 years of progressive recruitment experience, with a strong focus on early careers, campus programs, or graduate hiring.
• Proven high‑volume recruiting experience, strong communication skills, ability to pivot quickly, and ability to serve as a company ambassador with emerging talent.
• Proven ability to design and deliver large‑scale early careers recruitment campaigns.
• Strong network within universities and professional associations, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in ATS, CRM tools, and digital sourcing platforms.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for developing the next generation of talent.
• Comfort working in a hybrid model based in Sunnyvale, California.
