Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Healthcare Revenue Cycle Training Lead to support strategic revenue cycle initiatives by serving as a key connection point between the Program Manager and the existing training team, ensuring all learning content is practical, engaging, and aligned with current priorities.
Position Description: The Training Lead will shape the overall learning approach, organize modern training materials, and introduce engaging methodologies such as microlearning and short-form video formats to maximize employee understanding and adoption across a complex pediatric healthcare organization.
Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Program Manager, project teams, revenue cycle leaders, and the existing training team to identify learning needs.
- Serve as a liaison between program leadership and the three-person training team.
- Develop and maintain an overall training strategy for multiple revenue cycle initiatives.
- Translate complex revenue cycle processes, system changes, and project information into clear and relevant learning content.
- Design training materials that are practical, engaging, and appropriate for the intended audience.
- Introduce alternatives to traditional PowerPoint-based training, including short-form instructional videos, microlearning modules, interactive demonstrations, quick-reference guides, job aids, scenario-based learning, frequently asked questions, and digital and mobile-friendly content.
- Apply adult-learning principles and established learning methodologies.
- Develop training plans, learning objectives, curricula, facilitator materials, and participant resources.
- Review and improve existing content for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and consistency.
- Coordinate content development with subject-matter experts and project stakeholders.
- Ensure training materials reflect current revenue cycle processes and project objectives.
- Support training delivery, facilitation, communication, and rollout activities as needed.
- Track training readiness, participation, feedback, and effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements based on learner feedback and program outcomes.
