Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Procurement Functional Business Analyst to support a major Workday ERP transformation for a large healthcare organization through the full implementation lifecycle, from business process design to post-go-live stabilization.
Position Description: This role partners with business stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams, and system integrators to drive the successful implementation and adoption of Workday business processes and integrations. The analyst will manage requirements gathering, system configuration, data conversion, and comprehensive testing phases.
Position Responsibilities:
- Gather and document functional requirements
- Facilitate future-state workflow and business process discussions
- Support Workday configuration and integration design
- Develop test scenarios and scripts
- Coordinate system, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing
