Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Workday Inventory Functional Business Analyst to support a major Workday ERP transformation for a large, nationally recognized healthcare organization.
Position Description: This role will support the full implementation lifecycle, including business process design, system configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization. The Business Analyst will partner with business stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams, and system integrators to support the successful implementation and adoption of Workday inventory processes and related integrations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Gathering, documenting, and validating functional requirements
- Facilitating future-state workflow and business process discussions
- Supporting configuration workbook development and review
- Reviewing integration requirements and design documentation
- Gathering reporting and analytics requirements
- Supporting data conversion planning, validation, and readiness
- Developing end-to-end test scenarios and scripts
- Coordinating system, integration, user acceptance, and regression testing
- Tracking defects and supporting resolution
- Participating in cutover planning, readiness assessments, and go-live preparation
- Providing functional support during hypercare and stabilization
- Supporting training, change management, and continuous improvement activities
