Job Title: Training Lead- Revenue Cycle
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to support a large-scale Revenue Cycle Transformation initiative. This individual will partner closely with project teams and the organization's internal training function to design, develop, and deliver training programs that support workflow changes, operational improvements, and process standardization across the revenue cycle. The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospital revenue cycle training professional with a strong operational background and proven experience translating evolving processes into engaging, effective learning solutions. This person will also serve as a mentor and resource for internal training staff, helping elevate training capabilities and ensure successful adoption of new workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project and operational leaders to identify training needs related to revenue cycle process changes.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs that support new workflows, policies, and operational improvements.
- Create instructional materials, job aids, reference guides, e-learning modules, presentations, and other training resources.
- Translate complex revenue cycle workflows into clear, practical, user-friendly training content.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Leverage interactive training tools and technologies to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Support rapid training deployment in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment.
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs.
- Coach, mentor, and support internal training team members to strengthen organizational training capabilities.
- Ensure consistency, accountability, and successful adoption of workflow changes across impacted teams.
Required Qualifications
- Multiple years of hospital revenue cycle training experience within a healthcare operational environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes and workflows.
- Experience developing training curricula, educational materials, and workflow-based training programs.
- Proven ability to train staff on process updates, operational improvements, and system workflow changes.
- Experience utilizing instructional design best practices and adult learning methodologies.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing project environment with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure, accountability, and momentum to fast-moving initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and modern training technologies.
- Expertise in creating interactive learning experiences, simulations, and engaging training tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale healthcare transformation, revenue cycle optimization, or performance improvement initiatives.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing training professionals.
- Knowledge of change management principles and organizational adoption strategies.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
