Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team and help us continue to spread joy through our carefully selected gifts. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining our store’s welcoming environment, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, offering assistance and personalized recommendations.
- Showcase our diverse range of gifts and provide detailed information about products.
- Assist with transactions, including processing sales and handling returns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our inventory and new arrivals.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve store goals.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is required. Jewelry sales experience is preferred.
- A genuine passion for gifts, home decor, jewelry, handbags and creating delightful customer experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays, evenings and some holidays.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
