Hartville Kitchen is currently hiring several Back of the House positions. We are looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy being behind the scenes in a fast-paced environment and working as part of a team.

Current Back of the House Openings

We are currently hiring for:

•          Bakery Associate
•          Evening Crew – Dish Machine Operator
•          Food Prep/Plate Line Associate
•          Grill Cook
•          Prep Cook

Job Responsibilities May Include

Responsibilities will vary depending on the position, but may include:

•        Operating commercial dishwashing equipment
•        Assembling plated according to recipes and presentation standards
•        Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas
•        Perform quality checks before food is served
•        Prepping made from scratch food items
•        Preparing grilled, fried, or steamed food items

•      Strong communication and listening skills
•      Ability to work evenings, Saturdays and some holidays
