Follow recipes and procedures to ensure every order is made correctly and meets Chick-fil-A quality standards. Keep your work area clean and organized at all times to meet food safety and cleanliness goals . Complete all training within your first 30 days , including food safety, cleanliness, and BOH procedures. Support strong team performance by communicating clearly and working together during peak hours. Take care of equipment and tools , reporting anything broken or unsafe right away. Be open to feedback and grow from it , participating in performance check-ins twice a year with your leader.
