Our network of over 500 builders, remodelers, and kitchen and bath dealers is serviced through showrooms in Hartville, Columbus, and Cranberry Township, PA. Whether it is a stadium luxury suite or a family's dream kitchen, we bring the same commitment to top-notch products and service to every single job.
HRM Enterprises, Inc. — our parent company — is a family of businesses built on integrity since 1939, encompassing the nation's largest independent hardware store, a top-rated restaurant, an exciting Marketplace, and a campus that draws guests from near and far. Across all locations, over 900 team members serve with purpose each day.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Countertop Install Helper to join our installation team. This role works directly alongside our experienced installers on residential and commercial job sites — handling materials, preparing surfaces, assisting with precise installation, and representing Top Advantage Surfaces with professionalism at every stop.
No prior countertop experience is required. The right candidate brings a strong work ethic, the ability to follow directions, a careful eye for detail, and the physical readiness to do demanding, hands-on work. This is a great entry point for someone who wants to grow a career in a skilled trade with a company that invests in its people.

- Clean and organize job sites before and after installations to maintain a professional appearance
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure the proper handling of heavy and fragile materials at all times
- Learn and develop a working understanding of countertop installation techniques to grow within the role
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in construction, cabinetry, or countertop installation is a plus — but not required; we will train the right person
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 100 lbs using proper technique
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality workmanship
