As an Install & Service Helper, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to:
Assist with installing and servicing garage doors, commercial doors, operators, and related products
Load and unload materials and tools
Prepare job sites before work begins and clean up when the job is complete
Safely use hand and power tools while learning proper installation techniques
Help maintain a safe, organized work environment
Represent Wayne Door professionally at customer homes and businesses
Every day is different, and you'll gain hands-on experience while working on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Comfortable performing physical work and lifting 50 lbs.
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Mechanical aptitude or experience using hand tools is a plus
Valid driver's license preferred but not required
