Trade Background
At Top Advantage Surfaces, we believe that happy people give amazing customer service — and that treating people fairly and compassionately makes happy team members. In business since 1994, we became part of the HRM Enterprises, Inc. family of companies in 2006. HRM has been locally owned and operated for over 82 years.
You may have seen our work in some of the most recognized venues in the region — stadiums for the Buckeyes, Browns, Guardians, Steelers, and Pirates, and residential kitchens throughout Ohio and western Pennsylvania. As a top installer of Cambria American-made quartz, we serve a network of over 500 builders, remodelers, and kitchen and bath dealers through showrooms in Hartville, Columbus, and Cranberry Township, PA.
From the largest venues to your kitchen — Top Advantage Surfaces delivers the same top-notch service and craftsmanship to every customer.
The Countertop Templater is responsible for traveling to customer homes and job sites to create precise digital templates for countertop installations. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and excellent customer-facing skills. - Ability to work independently, manage your schedule efficiently, and stay organized on the road
- Comfortable working in both residential and commercial environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and site plans
- Familiarity with countertop materials, edge profiles, and installation requirements
