About the Role
The Manufacturing Process Engineer, Server (Server Operations Specialist, Process) will design and optimize operational workflows and process controls for server hardware operations in support of a major cloud infrastructure client.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, document, and continuously improve operational workflows and standard operating procedures
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across production and operations processes
• Implement process controls to improve throughput, consistency, and reliability
• Partner with Quality, Testing, and Manufacturing teams to align process improvements with client requirements
• Lead process-improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methods
• Train operations teams on updated processes and procedures
Qualifications
• 5–8 years of experience in process/operations engineering or manufacturing operations
• Strong background in workflow design and process optimization
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
• Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment
Nice to Have
• Six Sigma certification
• Experience in electronics or server hardware manufacturing
