Our client, a Taiwanese-founded leader in robotics and intelligent optical systems, is opening a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility just outside Austin. If you're a new grad eager to grow your career with a company on the ground floor of something big, this could be the opportunity for you.
The Role
This is a structured development role — not a "figure it out yourself" entry-level job. You'll train across two tracks:
Automation — Install, calibrate, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment. Learn PLC systems, robotics, and hands-on troubleshooting alongside senior engineers
Optical Testing — Operate AOI, SPI, and X-Ray systems to inspect PCBAs and optical assemblies. Build expertise in electronics test and quality.
Your path: Junior Manufacturing Engineer → Engineering Technician or Optical Test Engineer as we scale
What We're Looking:
- Recent grad or upcoming grad in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, or Optics
- Coursework or project experience in automated systems, circuits, robotics, optics, or electronics assembly
- Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, hands-on attitude
- Internship or lab experience is a plus — not a requirement
