**Team Lead Jarrett House**

The Residential Team Lead role is a blend of leadership and supervisory

responsibilities and direct service to clients. This role assists in

program coordination including staff supervision, recruitment, training

and scheduling; documentation, attending meetings and consultation.

The Jarrett House is a crisis stabilization program specializing in

trauma treatment and psychiatric care of children. The Jarrett House is

a staff-secure residential home in Burlington serving Vermont children

ages 5-13, who are experiencing an acute mental health emergency.

Responsibilities

• Assist and monitor in program operations including coordinating
  
  

staff schedules, care coordination, consultation; maintain reporting

Requirements

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff
• Provide oversight of daily medication administration based on
  
  

program need

• Recruit staff (regular positions and substitutes), support with
  
  

hiring and create on-the-job training

• Provide therapeutic 1:1 and group support to clients. Implement
  
  

behavior plans and provide supportive counseling to clients as

needed. Teach and model social emotional and living skills to

clients

• Provide direct coverage when there are schedule gaps
• Provide direct crisis support and teach and model effective crisis
  
  

management to staff

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
• Two years of relevant work experience
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles preferred
• Valid drivers license, acceptable driving record and use of a
  
  

personal vehicle

Structure

• Full time
• Salary starting at \$48,609.36
