Duties
- Engage with prospective members through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital outreach to generate leads and promote membership options
- Conduct personalized product demonstrations of studio facilities, classes, and membership packages to showcase value and encourage sign-ups
- Manage a territory of potential clients by developing strategic outreach plans, including cold calling and follow-up communications
- Utilize software to track leads, update member information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
- Promote membership terms with prospects, upsell additional services, and close sales efficiently
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that attract new members and retain existing ones
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
- Ensure cleanliness and regular stocking of facilities.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with management or business development roles that involve territory management and lead generation strategies
- Strong knowledge of software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer interactions
- Excellent customer experience skills combined with the ability to demonstrate products effectively through product demos or technical explanations
- Experience in cold calling, inside sales, or direct sales approaches within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt strategies accordingly
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering personalized solutions
- Creativity with the use of Canva software and social media content creation.
