Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipping, receiving, and material-flow activities.
- Receive, verify, inspect, and document incoming materials and equipment.
- Prepare, stage, and process outgoing materials, transfers, and project-site requests.
- Track material movement based on weekly, monthly, and annual project schedules.
- Process procurement receipts, inventory transfers, returns, and material adjustments within the company’s ERP system.
- Maintain accurate inventory quantities, storage locations, and supporting documentation.
- Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, move, and stage materials.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safety-compliant warehouse using 5S principles.
- Review and improve warehouse layouts and storage-location assignments.
- Register, track, and maintain company fixed assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventory counts and audits.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, missing materials, and system-record issues.
- Coordinate with procurement, project teams, warehouse personnel, vendors, and management.
- Perform additional warehouse, materials-management, and logistics duties assigned by supervisors.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Current forklift certification required.
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, shipping and receiving, or materials management required.
- Hands-on experience using ERP or inventory-management systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and general business software.
- Comfortable operating forklifts and performing daily warehouse loading and unloading.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Experience with procurement receiving, material transfers, fixed assets, or physical inventory audits is preferred.
- Semiconductor, construction, manufacturing, or engineering project experience is a plus.
- Mandarin-English bilingual ability is preferred, but not required.
- Must be comfortable working full-time on-site in Phoenix.
