Bilingual Mechanical Technician

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Mechanical Technician to support technical operations for a photonics and optical components company. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career candidates with a mechanical or engineering background who are eager to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.

Position: Bilingual Mechanical Technician

Location: North Phoenix, AZ

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $60,000 – $65,000 DOE

Responsibilities

• Support technical work related to optical components and photonics devices
• Assist with product setup, testing, and basic troubleshooting
• Work with engineering teams to support installation and technical documentation
• Learn and support mechanical systems, components, and product applications
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas HQ for technical support
• Maintain organized records, reports, and technical documentation
• Participate in training and support continuous improvement of processes
  
  

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred (Mandarin helpful; English proficiency acceptable)
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred (fresh grads welcome)
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems or engineering fundamentals
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a technical, hands-on role
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Able and willing to travel to Taiwan for 1 month of paid training
