Responsibilities
- Lead and manage BIM team operations, including BIM Coordinators, Specialists, and support staff
- Serve as the primary liaison between TSMC, project managers, and internal BIM/design teams
- Oversee BIM production schedules and ensure deliverables align with construction timelines and client expectations
- Allocate team resources across projects, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve workflow issues
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (MEP, design, construction) to ensure smooth project execution
- Lead coordination meetings, track progress, and drive accountability across stakeholders
- Support vendor and client communication, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee clash detection workflows and coordination processes (Navisworks / BIM 360 / ACC)
- Ensure BIM standards, documentation, and quality control processes are followed across projects
- Support onboarding, training, and development of BIM team members
- 5 years of experience managing teams, projects, or BIM coordination workflows
- Background in BIM, construction, or AEC environments (architecture, engineering, or MEP preferred)
- Strong project management and people leadership skills (this is not a production-only role)
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize competing workflows, and drive execution under pressure
- Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC (hands-on expertise not required, but understanding is important)
- Experience supporting semiconductor, data center, or mission-critical projects is highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working full-time on-site in a fast-paced construction environment
