BIM Manager

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a BIM Manager to lead BIM operations, team coordination, and project delivery for semiconductor construction projects in Phoenix. This role is focused on people management, project execution, and cross-functional coordination, serving as the key liaison between stakeholders, and internal BIM teams.

Position: BIM Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85021 (On-Site)

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: up to $105,000 DOE

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BIM team operations, including BIM Coordinators, Specialists, and support staff
• Serve as the primary liaison between TSMC, project managers, and internal BIM/design teams
• Oversee BIM production schedules and ensure deliverables align with construction timelines and client expectations
• Allocate team resources across projects, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve workflow issues
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (MEP, design, construction) to ensure smooth project execution
• Lead coordination meetings, track progress, and drive accountability across stakeholders
• Support vendor and client communication, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Oversee clash detection workflows and coordination processes (Navisworks / BIM 360 / ACC)
• Ensure BIM standards, documentation, and quality control processes are followed across projects
• Support onboarding, training, and development of BIM team members
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing teams, projects, or BIM coordination workflows
• Background in BIM, construction, or AEC environments (architecture, engineering, or MEP preferred)
• Strong project management and people leadership skills (this is not a production-only role)
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize competing workflows, and drive execution under pressure
• Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC (hands-on expertise not required, but understanding is important)
• Experience supporting semiconductor, data center, or mission-critical projects is highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working full-time on-site in a fast-paced construction environment
