- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in change management within IT environments.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies like ADKAR or Prosci.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for stakeholder management.
- Certification in change management, such as Prosci or ACMP.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise IT implementations, including ERP, CRM, or cloud migration.
