The successful candidate will guide high-impact projects across the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of change among employees, customers, and partners.Project Manager - Change Management Responsibilities:Support business analysis efforts—collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to inform decision-making, measure impact, and refine transformation strategies.Program & Project Management (Primary Focus):Plan and lead enterprise-level digital transformation projects, from kickoff through implementation.Ensure timely delivery, budget control, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes using PMP-based methodologies.Change Management:Lead structured change management efforts using frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR to drive adoption and reduce resistance.Craft and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training programs.Project Manager - Change Management Qualifications:7 years of experience in project or program management, including leadership of transformation and/or change-focused initiatives.Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.PMP Certification required; Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred.Proven ability to manage organizational change across both internal and external stakeholder groups.Experience gathering and analyzing business data to inform strategy and measure impact.Proficiency with business intelligence and project tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence).Ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.Shift:20hrs/week i.e. 4hrs/day.8 am -12 noon (Pacific Time office hours).(H)
