The successful candidate will assist with the development, delivery, sales, and marketing of programs or products created by the organization, and will be responsible for delivering the product/program within scope, on time, and within budget.Product/Program Manager Responsibilities:Execute product/program plan definition and detailed rollout schedule, including collaboration with internal stakeholders.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a marketing plan, assessing and revising as necessary to meet goals.Deliver an experience that leads to high customer satisfaction and advocacy for the program.Conduct analysis and make recommendations regarding the direction of the program or product.Product/Program Manager Qualifications:Three years of relevant experience.Bachelor’s degree.Experience with managing products/programs.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of various marketing elements (e.g., pricing, audience, channels, communication).Ability to work independently to meet expected deadlines and schedules.Understanding of target audience lifecycle and ability to convert leads into new business.Cvent, Eventbrite knowledge are plus.Ability to drive a university vehicle 2-3 hours per week.A valid driver's license.Shift:35-40 hours a week. Monday to Friday, 9 am-6 pm.Occasional work on evenings and weekends.(H)
