Project Manager - Kitchens Launch & Change

Job Summary:The Client is seeking a Project Manager to support the launch of new kitchen locations, rollout of new concepts, and execution of menu and operational changes. This role owns end-to-end project planning and execution while working closely with cross-functional teams and kitchen operators to ensure smooth, on-time launches. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role ideal for someone who enjoys operational problem-solving and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end project planning and execution for new kitchen launches and operational changesCoordinate with cross-functional teams including Construction, Culinary, Supply Chain, Training, Marketing, Facilities, Real Estate, and RecruitingWork directly with kitchen operators to resolve on-the-ground challenges during launches and transitionsTrack timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projectsProactively identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure projects remain on trackBuild, document, and improve processes, tools, and workflows to drive operational efficiencyAnalyze launch performance and recommend improvements for better outcomesAct as a bridge between strategy and execution in a rapidly scaling environmentRequired Skills:Project management or operational execution experienceCross-functional stakeholder coordinationStrong communication and influencing skillsTimeline, risk, and dependency trackingAbility to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environmentsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related fieldEducation: Bachelors DegreeCompany DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions. Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
