- 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on customer-centric solutions.
- Proven ability to create strategic plans and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for engaging diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven product decisions.
- Experience with eCommerce technology platforms and product feature management.
- Background in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience in managing product roadmaps and prioritizing development backlogs.
