Director Project Managment

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Project Management to lead critical initiatives within our organization. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex projects and collaborate with diverse teams while driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, ensuring clarity of requirements across various teams.
• Manage risks and resolve challenges that may impact project timelines and quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective project execution.
• Monitor progress and performance to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Communicate project updates and release plans to relevant business units.
• Coordinate deployment management and produce necessary documentation for project handovers.
• Lead milestone reviews and validate release notes to ensure project readiness.
  
  
  

Skills

• 10 years of experience in IT Project Management, particularly in a healthcare or state agency context.
• Proven expertise in release management across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
  
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Integrated Eligibility projects and the Maintenance & Operations phase.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
