Description:

As a Shuttle Driver/Houseman, you will safely transport guests to and from the airport, assist with luggage, and provide friendly and helpful guest service.

Between shuttle trips, you will help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel’s public areas, exterior grounds, and shuttle vehicle. You may also assist with laundry, meeting-room setup, minor maintenance, and other hotel projects as assigned.

When Will I Be Working?

We are hiring for the following shifts:

• Weekdays: 4:00 a.m.–9:00 a.m.
• Saturdays and Sundays: 6:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.
• Weekdays: 4:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.
• Saturdays and Sundays: 4:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on the hotel’s needs.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Safely transport guests to and from the airport.
• Greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide helpful hotel and local-area information.
• Review scheduled airport trips and maintain an accurate shuttle trip log.
• Follow all traffic laws, approved routes, and hotel safety policies.
• Complete required vehicle inspections and report damage, warning lights, low fuel, or mechanical concerns.
• Keep the shuttle clean, organized, fueled, and ready for guests.
• Keep entrances, the parking lot, lobby, hallways, elevators, and other assigned public areas clean and presentable.
• Check and service the pool area, fitness center, guest laundry, public restrooms, grill/patio area, and exterior grounds as assigned.
• Empty trash, replenish towels and supplies, and assist with laundry and linen transportation.
• Check the parking lot for required parking passes and report vehicles without a pass.
• Assist with guest packages, luggage storage, meeting-room setup, minor maintenance, and other manager-assigned projects.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and communicate concerns or follow-up needs to management.

Requirements:

• Current and valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Dependable, punctual, friendly, and able to work independently
• Able to safely operate the hotel shuttle in different traffic and weather conditions
• Able to lift and carry guest luggage and hotel supplies
• Able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Available to work assigned early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Motor vehicle record review may be required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
