We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Dual Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for two outstanding Hilton hotels in the rapidly growing Colorado Springs market. If you're energized by prospecting, networking, closing new business, and exceeding revenue goals, we'd love to meet you.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys the flexibility of working across both a focused-service and an extended-stay hotel while building long-term client relationships.
What You'll Do
Prospect and develop new corporate, group, government, sports, SMERF, and extended-stay business.
Generate leads through outside sales calls, networking, cold calling, and community involvement.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships while identifying new revenue opportunities.
Conduct hotel tours and prepare proposals and contracts.
Collaborate with hotel leadership to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
Represent both hotels at local networking events, trade shows, and community organizations.
Maintain accurate sales activity and forecasting within Hilton sales systems.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
What We're Looking For
2 years of hotel sales experience preferred.
Hilton brand experience is a plus.
Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent time management.
Comfortable making outside sales calls and building relationships throughout the Colorado Springs market.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales software/CRMs.

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
