As a SaaS Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and client satisfaction. You’ll manage and expand relationships within the mid-market segment, identify opportunities to introduce new products and services, and educate agency leaders on the unmatched value of this powerful platform. Your ability to build trust, uncover client needs, and deliver impactful solutions will directly contribute to long-term success and revenue growth. This hybrid SaaS Account Manager role is based in the New York City headquarters and requires three days per week onsite (8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.).

Responsibilities
- Expand revenue within existing accounts by introducing new products and uncovering upsell opportunities while meeting or exceeding monthly growth targets
- Identify and understand clients’ core business challenges to align solutions that address their specific needs
- Lead discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demonstrations to highlight the value of the company’s platform
- Prospect and build a healthy pipeline within your assigned book of business, supported by demand generation efforts
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking in Salesforce to ensure reliable forecasting and achievement of sales goals
- Share valuable insights and feedback from client interactions with product, sales, and marketing teams to inform strategy and product enhancements
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events to strengthen relationships and uncover new growth opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in SaaS sales with proven success in closing deals
- 5 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, ideally within the SaaS industry
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quotas in an expansion or outbound sales environment
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for maximizing account potential and driving business growth
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and learns quickly while solving challenges creatively
- Strong sense of ownership across the entire sales process—from prospecting and demos to negotiations and closing
- Growth-oriented mindset with a genuine curiosity about technology, the industry, and clients’ businesses
- Based in the NYC Metropolitan Area with the ability to work onsite three days per week (hybrid schedule)
- Willingness to travel for in-person client meetings, onsite demos, and industry conferences
- “Do What It Takes” attitude with a proactive approach to generating new opportunities—prospecting often includes 200 outbound calls per week
- Openness to responsibly exploring and using AI tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and innovation
