Homeland is partnering with a leading Healthcare SaaS technology platform for home and community-based care to bring on a driven SaaS Account Manager ready to make an impact. Founded in 2008, our client delivers a complete end-to-end cloud-based homecare solution and is transforming healthcare by building the only ecosystem that connects patients, personal care providers, managed care organizations, and states—helping people who are aging or living with disabilities thrive at home.
As an SaaS Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by expanding relationships with existing clients and introducing new products and solutions. The SaaS Account Manager will identify upsell opportunities, educate agency leaders on the platform’s value, and ensure clients maximize their partnership. We’re seeking results-driven professionals who excel at building trust, uncovering needs, and growing revenue through long-term client success.

This role requires a hybrid schedule, requiring three days per week in our New York City headquarters (8:30am–5:30pm)

Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth within existing accounts by introducing new products, uncovering upsell opportunities, and achieving or exceeding monthly growth targets
- Identify and understand clients’ core business challenges and pain points to position the right solutions
- Conduct discovery sessions and deliver customized product demonstrations that highlight the value of the company's platform
- Proactively build and manage a strong pipeline within your assigned book of business, supported by inbound demand generation efforts
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in Salesforce to ensure reliable forecasting and attainment of sales goals
- Share valuable insights from client and prospect interactions with product, sales, and marketing teams to support continuous improvement
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an SaaS Account Manager or in a similar high-volume, full-cycle SaaS sales role
- Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience selling to first-time technology buyers within the enterprise segment
- Demonstrated humility and empathy toward the daily challenges faced by prospects in the homecare industry
- Bonus: Prior experience selling into the healthcare or homecare industry
