Responsibilities
To Join: (non-negotiable)
- Complete a 500-call day in week one
- Memorize and use our Buyer and Sphere scripts
- Build your 250 Sphere database (friends, family, colleagues)
- Transfer your license to the team brokerage, Keller Williams City View
- Attend Team "Power Up" Meetings (M-Th) (virtual)
- Attend Transaction Meetings (M, Th) (virtual)
- Attend Script Practice (Wednesdays) (virtual)
- Attend National Partner Meeting (Fridays) (virtual)
- Attend Team Coaching (T, Th) (in office)
- Graduate from PLACE Launch Training (12 weeks)
- Host two open houses weekly.
- Attend coaching/accountability sessions (Monday)
- Complete a 150 lead generation calls (weekly)
