Responsibilities
- Conduct seller consultations and deliver compelling listing presentations
- Price properties accurately using comparative market analysis
- Coordinate professional photography, staging recommendations, and listing launches
- Oversee all marketing activity for active listings including digital ads, social media, and email campaigns
- Field and negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
- Manage the transaction from accepted offer through closing, keeping sellers informed at every step
- Cultivate seller relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
- Active real estate license (required)
- Confident presenter with strong negotiation instincts
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple active listings simultaneously
- Professional, polished communication style with clients and colleagues
- Experience with seller transactions is a plus — all levels considered

Salary : $61,000 - $120,000
