Responsibilities
- Convert company-provided leads into clients through follow-up, consultations, and relationship building
- Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate transaction process from contract to close
- Conduct property showings, listing appointments, and market analyses
- Maintain accurate records and communication within the team CRM
- Collaborate with team members, lenders, inspectors, and title companies to ensure smooth closings
- Represent the team brand professionally across all client interactions and marketing touchpoints
- Active real estate license (required)
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow your business
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Willingness to follow proven systems and processes
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not required
- Any experience level welcome — from newly licensed to seasoned agents
