Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team in San Antonio, Boerne, and New Braunfels, TX. In this role, you will perform tasks such as working with clients to buy, sell, or lease real property, conducting client consultations, managing property showings, preparing contracts, handling negotiations, and staying up-to-date with local market trends. You will also collaborate with the team to implement proven systems for business growth and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Desire to grow your real estate business
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Texas
- Strong knowledge of real estate principles, real property transactions, and sales strategies
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven ability to navigate real estate transactions successfully and manage client needs effectively
- Proficiency in local market analysis and familiarity with the Boerne and Texas Hill Country areas
