Responsibilities
- Follow up with and convert company-provided buyer leads
- Schedule and conduct property showings and consultations
- Prepare and present offers and negotiate on behalf of buyers
- Guide clients through the inspection, financing, and closing process
- Maintain detailed client records and follow-up sequences in the team CRM
- Communicate proactively with clients, lenders, and title companies throughout the transaction
- Active real estate license (required)
- People-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Driven, coachable, and eager to grow
- Comfortable working leads through a structured follow-up process
- CRM experience is a plus but not required
- Newly licensed agents encouraged to apply
