What The Position is About:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace company products at customer homes
- Provide customers with information on care, operation, and maintenance of their products
- Generate, update, and complete all service-related paperwork
- Conduct any necessary follow-up service work and communicate with Service Coordinators to ensure the best customer service is provided
- Load your service van with all necessary parts and equipment while ensuring the vehicle stays in safe, working order
- Keep the service area neat and organized
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Experience servicing or installing windows
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with technology (Apple phone, data entry, Microsoft Suite)
