What The Position is About:
- Perform precise field measurements for all window and door projects to ensure installation accuracy
- Review contracts, scope of work, and project details prior to scheduled measure appointments
- Evaluate site conditions, structural considerations, and installation requirements, identifying potential challenges before ordering
- Maintain professional and consistent communication with homeowners and verify all contract specifications during measure appointments
- Document discrepancies or changes and process change orders as needed
- Create, finalize, and submit OMS project builds and measure packets for internal review and purchasing approval
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within OMS, Lead Perfection, and project records
- Coordinate with purchasing, project managers, and installation teams to support seamless project execution
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Proficiency in measuring windows
- Experience with high-end window products is preferred
- Experience with Lead Perfection and OMS Project Build measure packets is preferred
