What The Position is About:
- Oversee sales teams across multiple markets to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Be an integral part of launching new locations
- Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
- Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Proven sales leadership experience at a $50M home improvement company
- Experience growing a company from $15M-$20M to $50M
- Siding experience is preferred
