What The Position is About:
- Lead and manage a team of sales reps across two offices to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to grow both sales teams)
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
- Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Proven in-home sales leadership experience
- Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
- Experience as a sales representative
- Roofing experience is a plus
