What the Position is About:
• The President of Marketing will lead all direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and drive measurable growth through high-performance direct-response strategies across 8 markets.
• Reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and serves as a key member of the senior leadership team.
• Owns the execution and performance of the marketing organization, ensuring every channel consistently generates qualified appointments while maintaining disciplined ROI standards.
• Responsible for leading multiple marketing functions including call center operations, canvassing, traditional marketing and other direct-to-consumer initiatives.
• Provides strategic direction, mentorship and accountability to marketing leaders while ensuring alignment with company goals and performance expectations.
• Partners closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to execute the company's growth strategy while building scalable systems and processes across all markets.
• Expected to develop leaders, drive accountability and effectively delegate responsibilities in order to manage the department from a strategic, enterprise-level perspective.
• Travel may be more frequent during onboarding and market assessments but is expected to stabilize based on operational needs.
